1. How Billing Works

All payments for QuizyPeasy are processed by LemonSqueezy, who acts as our Merchant of Record. LemonSqueezy is the seller of record for all transactions and is responsible for processing payments, issuing invoices, and handling applicable taxes. QuizyPeasy never stores your payment card details.

2. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU)

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a new paid subscription within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason (Consumer Rights Directive, Art. 14).

To exercise this right:

  • Contact us via our Contact page within 14 days of purchase.
  • Include your account email address and the date of purchase.
  • No reason is required.

We will process a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.

3. Waiver of Withdrawal Right

If you begin using Premium features before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, you explicitly acknowledge that you have requested immediate performance of the service. Your right of withdrawal is waived once the service has been fully performed (Art. 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive). A waiver confirmation is presented to you at checkout before completing your purchase.

4. Outside the 14-Day Window

After the 14-day statutory withdrawal period, subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

5. Free Tier

The free tier of QuizyPeasy is provided at no charge. No refunds are applicable to the free tier.

6. Service Disruption

In the event of a significant service disruption lasting more than 72 continuous hours, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit at our discretion. Please contact our support team to report such an issue.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day withdrawal period, contact us via our contact page. Please include your account email address and the date of purchase. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
