Terms of Service

By accessing or using QuizyPeasy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

QuizyPeasy is an AI-powered platform that generates quizzes and tests from your uploaded documents and study materials. Features include test generation, progress tracking, result sharing, and collaborative learning tools.

You may create an account using Google, Microsoft, or Apple sign-in, or with an email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

QuizyPeasy offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. All billing is handled exclusively by LemonSqueezy, our Merchant of Record, who is responsible for processing payments, issuing invoices, and managing subscriptions.

• Paid plans renew automatically at the agreed billing interval unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Prices are displayed at checkout and may be subject to applicable taxes.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have the statutory right to withdraw from a new paid subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason (Consumer Rights Directive, Art. 14).

Waiver: By actively using any Premium features before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, you explicitly request that we begin performing the service immediately. You acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once the service has been fully performed (Art. 16(m) CRD).

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or offensive content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the platform or its AI systems.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use the service to infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Circumvent any technical measures we use to protect the service.

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to QuizyPeasy. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely to deliver the requested service. We make no claim of ownership over your content and do not use it for any other purpose, including training AI models.

The QuizyPeasy platform, including its design, functionality, and brand, is our intellectual property protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written permission.

Tests, questions, and other content generated by our AI are provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before relying on it for study or assessment.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QuizyPeasy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under EU mandatory law.

These terms are subject to applicable EU law. EU consumer protection legislation, including your statutory rights, applies regardless of any other clause in these terms. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the courts of your place of residence within the EU.

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
