Help & FAQ
Answers to the questions we get most often.
How does the AI generate tests from my study material?
Upload your files — PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint slides, and more — and our AI reads through them, picks out key concepts, and turns them into questions. It usually takes under 30 seconds.
What file types can I upload?
PDF, Word (DOCX), PowerPoint (PPTX), Excel (XLSX), plain text (TXT), and images (PNG, JPG, WEBP). Up to 3 files at a time, 10 MB each. PDFs are available on all plans — the other formats require a Premium subscription.
How accurate are the AI-generated questions?
We're always working to make our questions as accurate and relevant as possible, so you can review your material efficiently and focus on what actually matters before an exam.
Do my classmates need an account to take a shared test?
Yes. Anyone you share a test with needs to sign in to take it. This means their score is saved and they can track their progress over time.
Can I build a test without uploading a file?
Yes. The manual test builder lets you write questions by hand — useful for vocabulary lists, formulas, dates, or anything we might miss.
What's the difference between free and premium?
The free plan lets you generate a limited number of AI tests per month using PDFs. Premium removes that limit, unlocks all file formats, and gives you score analytics to track your performance over time, spot the topics where you keep slipping, and find gaps in your knowledge before the exam. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings — no forms, no support call needed. You keep premium access until the end of your current billing period.
Is my uploaded content used to train AI models?
No. We process your files to generate tests and that's it. We don't claim ownership and we don't use your content to train any AI. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Can teachers use QuizyPeasy to create tests for students?
We're working on dedicated tools for educators. If you have a specific use case or inquiry in mind, get in touch — we'd love to hear from you.
I found an incorrect question — what should I do?
You can edit or delete any question from the test editor. If you flag a question as wrong or faulty, our team reviews it — every report helps us make the platform better for everyone.
How do I delete my account?
We hope it never comes to that — and we really do hope you'll stick around. But if you need to leave, go to your profile settings and select “Delete account”. Everything — your tests, uploads, and scores — will be permanently deleted. There's no undoing it.
